I'd be interested to know where the SEC stands
on the issue of convicted felons being principals of public companies, especially if the conviction is for fraud. Shouldn't DJT have to put out a disclaimer or some form of warning to investors?

Read my previous post. I think djt has to disclose because he is the brand and largest shareholder. It's an 8k. Material change. I don't think he is a principle though so he might be off the hook
