You can  have a share cert issued  or  multiple  share  certs  issued for  you  stock,   and  that  these  certificates  could  be  sold  privately, off  market.....The  buyer  could  sell the  stock  short,   and  then  cover a week or 2  later  by simply depositing  the  share  cert.

Well someone  had  shares to sell..... and Donald is the  only  one with that  many  shares... I bet  he  is  happy  to  get 18 bucks a  share via  a  3rd  party agreement. JMHO

Paper share cert  example. I have  held share certs  for  many  private  placements and  they can be  transferred  without going  through the  exchange. This  is  clearly  shown  on the  reverse side of the  cert. You can also request  individual  ammounts  for  any  portion  or
