Google "inflation rates for the last 5 years"   "rateinflation.com"    and you will see that all countries had the same inflation increase . Mostly in last half of 2021  then all of 2022 & 2023, WORLD WIDE,  Then settled down on 2024, Again, world wide due to covid, inventroy shortages etc,   so,, you Americans have to get educated
