How does a company with $1M revenue, 12m rev $4M trade @

This company has 200,000,000 shares outstanding and with this quarter revenue at $1Mil and 12 month revenue at $4Mil trading at these prices is insane? should be trading at $0.01 and the math supports that penny. This stock is inflated like Trumps ego!

I admit the company is in a highly competitive space with little chance of success, but they do have $633 mil in cash and investments. So you are looking at about $3 per share.  I have zero faith that management has any idea what to with the cash except to somehow keep the company alive long enough that major shareholders profit.
