Theadvisory mine engineers from Douglas Lake Minerals assume that an initial lowcost gold production of 100,000 ounces per annum can be started. In spring 2009it should be ready for production on a larger scale. The Mbwemkuru Alluvialgold project is well accessible via a dirt road. Electricity must be produced usinggenerators.  Great job BB finding that write up. Its great that such positive news is out there and starting to spread however, I dont want to rain on anyones parade BUT from the best i can see, Aurelian Resources hasnt traded much higher than the $9.00-$10.00 CAD mark for at least the last 5 years. Not that it truly affects us in DLKM, but i would take the rest of the numbers in the article ...more

Hello all,  am a stockholder as well and on and off watching your posts for a couple of months.  Have to say, you all seem like a great bunch compared to some other boards in stockhouse.Aurelian Resources did go up to around $30 in around November 2006 with a start of $1 in the first quarter of 2006.  It stayed in the $25-$30 range to the last quarter of 2007 and took a drastic drop ...more

regarding Aurelian Resources: there was a 1:4 split in between - so the stock was in fact trading @40 CAD+.
