Things that make you go HMMMM

Wow, i take a long weekend off and i come back to this mess. A few initial thoughts......
I think we would have been foolish to think that BM didnt have an axe to grind. Right after the factor of 10 incident, he was sending emails to everyone and there dog saying how he vowed that he was going to remove HArp from his position. It was a childish and unprofessional rant back then (i am sure you can find the letter copied and pasted somewhere on this board) and its a childish unprofessional rant yesteday. To think he just decided to give up and fall off the planet would have been naive.
That being said some of his comments are very troublesome and i guess we will never know which side is telling the truth. Well.....actually, we dont have another side. That is the problem with DLKM.....they leave us in the dark, so we have no other option but to believe the worst when that news presents itself. I am tired of getting the reply....hang in there good things are coming, from IR.
Bob is basically calling Harp out trying to force is hand. I think this is ALL going to boild down to the Chinese. If an 8-K comes out, Bob is a pompous a *s* s and none of his article is credible. If no 8-K presents itself, DLKM has been stringing us along the whole time and regarldess of what is there or not they are a dishonest corporationt hat noone will want to invest in. Hence...we will be up the river.
At this point i have no idea what to believe. I may be leaning slightly towards the getting screwed side since the chinese should have been done slighly after 10 June. I know we are all trying to find logical reasons and trying to put positive spins on it in this board, but reality is ...we just dont know. 3 months ago everyone was raving about how if Bob says its there i'm in. Now we all hate him.
Bottom line....we need an 8-K FAST.
Some of you seem to claim its coming....i sure hope you're right.
And why the hell does great news like yesterday and today do nothing to correct a drop.....but bad news will just hammer us. I dont get it. Bob said in his article "with an alluvial expert on board...the sky is the limit for stock price". Next day....alluvial expert is on board.....noone cares....price is still down. Hmmmm.
