BINGO...

Well my thoughts are this

They must have gotten some money from someone in order to pay Mr. Maita $1MM dollars upfront plust another $540K over the next 5  years

They hired an alluvial team Tanzminex who have a qualified person to write the Resource Statement, and the necessary staffing, TANZMINEX also has the exploration equipment available to complete the project through to production (through to production--that is KEY!!!)

So they paid off the current land owner... hired someone to crossed the T's and Dot the i's as well as get them up to production.

I really don't see what the problem is.  They are doing everything they need to do to get to production.  My take is it may be another year..but they are getting there.

and maybe the money from the chinese can't be disclosed yet for whatever reasons... You know the chinese does things differently..  In any manner they got money from somewhere..

We should stop nip picking every lil thing and atleast acknowledge that they are are lining up the dominoes and get ready for the ride of your life once production hits.

BM knows there is gold there, Harp knows its gold there, Chinese knows its gold there,  We alll know its gold there... 

We'll get it out soon...

Just think of it like this---if you won BINGO you know you won BINGO and so does the people around you..but you still have to read your card off to the Old Lady in Power... :-) 

DLKM is in the process of reading off their BINGO card to the powers that be..before getting paid!!

I'm not nitpicking at all.  After reading that 8K, all I'm sure about is the BOD ratified and approved the terms of acquiring the property exactly two days ago, and the BOD has some new members.  Which begs the question, if the acquisition was closed on June 30, how did we enter into a significant material agreement without BOD approval prior to this ...more

Stock.. "Upon" is legal jargon.. Remember that all legal documents are written up prior to them being executed. I see where you coming from.. ha haI think Mwenbruku is just the name of the land anyways..its not a legal name.Just like the Sears building legal name is "LOT XX Block XX"  The sears building wouldn't be in the legal document.

I tend to agree with you.....The wording seems like the funds to Mr. Maita was for the prospecting license, and not the property.Which is OK too, it is still our gold.  Does seem odd.Is there any way to do a title search of a property in Tanzania like in Canada it being public information?

Des, please be real here. The signature means nothing.Read clause II.b.i. There it says:"The Joint Venture Agreement will take effect and be registered with the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, ONLY after The First Party (Mr. Mkuvia Maita) has received by wire transfer the sum of United States Dollars One Million [USD 1,000,000]."If DLKM don't pay, Maita don't play. Well... you have to prospect before actually mining right? Who would sell a property not knowing if its true value (when ur already have a small scale production)..and who would buy a property not knowing the true value. So you make a joint agreement with the property owner and pay them to allow you and your people to come in and check out their property. So the property owner wins by allowing ...more

But you ignored my most important point... it -seems- like the Chinese money hasn't arrived yet. That money makes DLKM's world go 'round.DLKM is sitting on a "nearly closed" Joint Venture Agreement, the closing of which is essentially at the discretion of TIGMR. Well we really can't do shyt if we can't even prospect or mine the property..so we must have paid the dude (which Monty seems to confirmed) DLKM doesn't have a source of revenue so they must have gotten the $1MM from somewhere and i dont seen a bank lending a company 25million in debt any money.. ha ha...Well I feel where you coming from JC.  Your right it would be nice to see this all on paper..It is comforting to know that the CEO actually cares though to talk to investors.  He may feel he needs to clear the air right now and doesn't mind speaking to concerned investors.  I'm sure he has people working on the 8-ks.  Its his lawyers anyway so he's good ...more
