they mean two new directors have been added, both Tanzanian nationals, and listed as 10% owners of DLKM....it is VERY likely they have been "awarded" millions of free shares.....nowhere have I seen a listing of insider/ director/ management holdings of shares/ options.....and I continue to distrust the NEW management team until they prove trustworthy.....

well i really dont trust what you say since your part of BM's bash team https://www.stockhouse.com/Bullboards/MessageDetail.aspx?s=DLKM&t=LIST&m=23471934&l=0&pd=0&r=0 looks like BM felt the way he felt for a long time.. Really makes me wonder about the timing of his hate mail..as it coincide with the selection of the new board members.

Ok, so here is my newbie question. where in this filing does it say 10% given to these new two board of directors?  And what about other investors?  Was Harp not going to London and New York for some large contributions as well?  Mid-June I think I read a post on this.I do not know whether to thank BM for the enlightenment or not. I thought the 10% Owner field meant they were 10% owners. That's wrong. There would have to be an X in front of the field for this to be the case.I apologizie sincerely,Monty

I think that 10% was an assumption.it really didn't say how many shares they have..I wonder if they filed that just to say they will be releasing some to them but a decision on how much hasn't been decided.10% would be like 5 million shares right?  HarP has 2 million so i doubt if it would be that much.They'll both get a couple hundred thousand probably.

Both new directors have ZERO shares.
