What investors want

SWM, 29, seeks long term investment and possible 10-bagger. Looking for honesty, efficiency, and transparency. Likes unambiguous 8K's, timely 10Q's, and long walks on the beach. Enjoys truthful sample analysis reporting. Must have money (or at least proof of future wire transfers).

Unfortunately I predict none of the above this week. Des, I gave you last week. I'll even extend my offer to the end of -this- week to bow down to your prescience if DLKM files an 8K saying they got the money (ie. enough to pay off Maita's first payment such that the Agreement has become active) and paid Maita.

Wow.. you sound sexy!!  :-)  Well be prepared to bow down, It was filed today.  It's just not posted on line yet. We should see it by noon tomorrow if not sooner.This was a good day to get in at .30s. I would also like to add "no drama queens please", LOL.  Perhaps stockarchangel with his long history can tell us if we should expect long, drawn out filing processes.  I know he mentioned that filings are often done late.  I have two phone calls into the company looking for answers and hope to report on positive progress soon.

I don't remember a single 10Q or 10K being filed on time in the years I've been here. If the numbers just went to the auditors yesterday, expect the 10K to be out in about three weeks, or mid-September, as I've been saying all along. That said, I don't have much of a problem with extensions on financials - we are dealing with small companies on timelines and busy ...more
