The 8k has been filed....

I just confirmed with the Company that the "Chinese" 8k has been filed late last night.  The 8k for the property closing took nearly a full day to hit the wires so I am expecting probably later today or this evening we should see it.

In addition, all the materials have been submitted for the 10Q to the auditors.  They have until August 29th to file it, plus they can file for a two week extension.

After being pelted with emails and questions, I spoke with the Company once again to confirm what I had heard earlier.  The 8k paper work is finished and it is up to their law firm to "Edgarize it" of which they stated the law firm has a different sense of urgency to get it done.  This may be why it has yet hit the SEC wires.  So like everyone, I wait with eager ...more

Does DLKM owe the lawyers money or something? Geez!!  Why the lawyers doing us like that.I hope whenever production begins and cash starts pouring in we get a whole knew team that is devoted to the success of DLKM and stop treating us like a super micro cap company (even if we are).Toby I am game for a car pool to go up Canada and light some fires under they behinds.Can we get a lawyer ...more
