Dead Horse..

I dont mean to beat a dead horse but what was it that the chinese have to sign off on which was one of the numerous reason the 8-k was delayed?

And if I am understanding all the posts........ The 8k to be signed off on has nothing to do with the one that was registered as that was not the chinese money but a private investor that came to the plate...Is this the overall consensus?  That is my interpretation on reading the 8k issued.  Which again, would be a positive sign to have an individual provide that type of investment ...more
