Hi guys - I said I would not post until we had credible news - well we do and I am back for better or worse!

89 million ounces is worth talking about and the ones talking do include the big guys!  The rumor of Barrick coming to the table is a from W256MGR has been heard by me as well and I concur this IS a possibilty as they are already in the area.

Welcome back KOK!!Can someone explain to me what happens if Barrick just takes over the "property" how does that benefit the shareholders?  Wouldn't they just pay money to Harp and them... how do we as share holders benefit?Wouldn't they have to buy DLKM as a whole for us to benefit?Does anyone have an examples of a larger mining company buying  a smaller jr explorer?

Typically the buyer pays a premium for all the issued shares - so if its $5.00 you get $5.00 for each share you hold at the time of the deal signing.This potential has real legs

Kong,     Would you be so kind as to share where these rumors of Barrick are coming from? I mean is this water cooler talk or what, as you are dropping some big names and even bigger numbers. I mean I was feeling a little red in the face with my 4 to 6 gram calls after the NR today but Barrick, holly %^&* Batman!Also has anyone placed their shares in certificate

DES TO BE HONEST I THINK DLKM WOULD TAKE THE $5.00 SURE THE LONG RUN THEY COULD MAKE MORE BUT WITH THE NUMBER OF SHARES THEY OWN MONEY IN HAND MOVE ON MAYBE START OVER WHO KNOWS IN THIS MARKET $5.OO X 5MILL SHARE I THINK THEY WOULD TAKE IT AND SO WOULD WE AS SHARE HOLDERSI REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO TOMORROW OPENING BID .35 CLOSE .42

VERY GOOD POINT USMC BUT I THINK THERE MIGHT BE A AGREEMENT IN PLACE THAT THE CHINESE GET ALL THE GOLD  THEY PRODUCE AT MARKET PRICES SO IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WHO OWNS THE COMPANY THEY GET THE GOLD THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS TO THEM TO OFFSET THEIR HUGH POSITION IN US $$$$  THEY ARE TRYING TO LEVERAGE.
