Late again!

They just filed another NT 10Q.  I just don't understand how EVERY financial report from inception can be late. Unless the CEO and CFO are digging trenches, there really is NO excuse for it.

 agreed I think Harp is spread to thin they need operations vp to take care of this for him. Which will happen once they have a mining license and the operation is up and running
