Under BC regualtions, it appears that any form communication can be the basis for a "disclosure."
Currently, the company's website again seems to be frozen to just one page.
And again the message appears:

"Website Maintenance
Please be patient with us while our website is down for scheduled maintenance."

Thanks for the heads-up AU. Seems odd that they'd put the site back up for a while and now take it offline again. Especially in light of the fact that the 'offending' disclosures remained there when it went back live a couple weeks ago. I hope the reason being that they're putting finishing touches on things and updating their news, etc. I think we'll get

I agree it does seem kind of odd that the website is now down again. I know it was originally taken down due to the BCSC ruling so i would surmise that when it went back up again it was with the BCSC's blessing. IMO DLKM has had so much criticism laid against them over the last year by various parties (you know who you are) that they are now bending over backwards to conform to regulatory
