OK, the local news is saying Philadelphia might take a direct hit from Hurricane Irene. I survived the earthquake, now this LOL. The local entrepreneurs are already selling T-shirts with "I survived the Hurri-Quake."

From Western Canada. Hope you ride out the storm OK..We're lucky here in Calgary...all we get is Chinooks in the winter where it goes from minus 20 or 30 to 50 or 60 (Farenheit for your American dudes) in a few hours resulting in big puddles on the streets..Sunny and in the 70's here..Bacon

And for those same folks who decided to ride out the storm on the coast AND have a party; be sure to write 'I'm with stupid--->' under your name and social to let the emergency folks know you were not the only idiot in the room...

Pres. Obama recommended that people stay home and prepare today...So my wife and I battened down, did some landscaping, played with the 3 year old...For all of you on the East coast of the US. Please be safe, take this one seriously, especially you SA. It looks to hit you (Philly) head on in whatever strength is left after Baltimore.
