I belive 50 mill thats why he got 125,000.000 shares of douglas at .25 cent he went with Douglas instead of Can.

thank you, any independent conformation of that from anywhere? by the way, the company filed an SEC 8k on Septmeber 21, 2010 for 133,333,333 at $.15 for a $20,000,000 acquisition of the IPP Handeni properties.

luvthebull, you're absolutely correct - the valuation put on the property was $20,000,000 per the share exchange at fifteen cents. Things to consider: on September 21, the stock closed at .40, making the deal closer to $53,000,000 on a market cap valuation. There were RUMORS that Canaco offered anywhere from $20-50 million for the property - only the insiders know for sure. Believe it or not
