How many guys here are willing to part with a piece of their anatomy to see drill results LOL?

I'm still pretty young so reproductive organs are out of the question.  I play a lot sports and surf so limbs are needed.  Toes and fingers are still pretty important to me as well.  I have a full head of hair so I'd be willing to let that go...Needless to say, my excitement and expectations have dropped considerably since last spring.  I just wonder if good drill
