It also just occurred to me that the choice of words that John used when describing the value of delta 9 compared to its peers makes me think that he already knows and is considering listing on other exchanges, the word arbitrage generally used to describe differences in separate exchanges. Just food for thought, especially considering they could be acquiring aegis, which would explain the need for cash, I think a bought deal would need at least 60% cash the rest stock which would explain the raising of 5 mill cash

Lol it's probably more likely John is just after the MJ assets of aegis and not their coffee biz though so maybe just buying hemisphere?
