Thanks but I think everyone saw this video ready..yesterday it took a quick dip down to .53cents. Someone said that investors are triing to keep the volume up so it wont look bad for new investors...we should get guidance this week.at the end of the day big fund managers need in on this company..if Delta 9 wants to be on NASDAQ..the stock needs to be over 1.00$ and for a while to even apply.

Have to imagine there will be more incentive for big $$ to start sliding in as we approach 1 year countdown for expiry on those convertibles. Especially if share price stays where it is and theres a nice discount for entry. With 6 quarters left until expiry, D9 needs to execute and show that it's likely that CDs will be repaid w cash. If not, they need to communicate w investors how theyll ...more

Would be the ultimate FU to retail investors if we end up having to wait until mid 2022 to find out company cant repay and they get converted way cheaper than initially agreed upon.

These are questions that John needs to answer to in the Quartly report this May. What the future holds for this year 2021-2022

What's the end game here? Are these guys looking to be bought out but holding out for the right price or are they wanting to forge down this path for the foreseeable future trying to compete w companies that ...more

I think you're missing the point a little, investors come and go all the time and new ones are on always on the prowl, by posting every so often you're reaching the widest audience. Besides, good is good.

NASDAQ listing will not help this company. It needs a large experienced company that can come in and take charge. Send the Bill's off to retire at the lake and let someone take the company to the next level.

I agree that we don't need the NASDAQ.  Disagree that we need some larger company to step in and take charge.  Arbuthnot's are doing fine and have been clear from the start that they want to run this company and won't be selling for an average buyout offer.   This company is their baby and you have to accept that if you want to be a shareholder

I agree that they don't need anyone taking over and that they should be proud of what they have methodically and responsibly built.  D9 is already one of the only positive EBITDA operations in the industry.  With sales above $50 million and likely headed over $60-70 million for this year they are NOT an industry weakling sucking wind financially and ripe for a hostile take over.  ...more
