How much cash do they have?

From what I see in the Income statement, the company currently has 4,583,563$ cash.

I keep reading "they have 20M in cash". Where does it come from, I dont see it?

Does it come from this statement:

The Company reported a strong financial position, with working capital of $20.7 million and total assets of $75.0 million.

Working capital is not cash.

It burned 3,506,135$ last quarter. Are they going to raise cash or get a loan?
