DN debentures

if I understood correctly, if the share price is kept low, the price of those debentures are low which is good? once all debentures are taken care of then the share price will go up? if someone can explain it..because from what I am hearing ,,thats what they are doing..thanks

The market decides the share price. The debentures are currenlty (end of day July 2, 2021) selling at a discount as nobody wants them. The conversion price is almost 3X the current share price and expires in one year. So you get a taxable 8.5% for one year if you buy the debentures. The company has locked themselves into a $500,000 (approx) every six months for the interest ...more
