Growth means Financing!

Growth means financing through use of balance sheet, Private placements, partnerships and Financial institutions.  Relatively young company in a young industry.

DN has 102 million shares oustanding OS

Christina Lake 112 m shares
WEED 393 million
Tilray 446.16 million
HEXO 152.39 million
Decibal 349.21 million
Aurora 198.05 million


DN does not use dilution as a first means to fund expansion.  Aug 16th financials will be interesting.

Further dilution at the current share price would be suicide.  DN needs more interest amongst the investment community and a much higher share price before considering dilution.

I would agree with you that dilution at this low SP would not be good.  But its only one of the ways  to pay for expansion.  Nasdaq entry would be interesting but unless the SP goes up up and up, how they get there is not known.  A RS is not the tactic that I like.  So what to do?   Increase revenues with retail and in turn increase wholesale/SKU's.  B2B ...more
