To be fair, Joanne Duhoux-DeFehr is a shareholder.  If she wants to sell some of her shares that's her choice.  Why should she have to forgo making a personal financial decision to sell some of the shares she personally owns for the benefit of other shreholders?  Besides, she still holds over $800k in shares.

Definitely not ideal or us and it  could possibly indicate that this quarter may be more of the same we've seen in the past.  Either way, guys like you and I are here for the long haul so I doubt we'll be selling even we thought t miht indicate upcoming weakness

Has for some of us it wont change anything if the report is bad...I don't see this stock move ether way..up or down..Those who are with DN9 for yrs will wait..by pulling out now..might reget it in 2022 or 2023..I still believe this is one of the really good company's with good foundation..

Totally agree!  but if I was on the board ,I certainly would know when to dump some shares ,  simply selling before a earnings report is bad manners !

Here comes the write down!! Also wouldn't surprise me if they extended debentures for a year and that's why she selling..knows this ain't going anywhere tor a while.

There goes ol' Binky talking about write downs again. Of course ZERO evidence is provided for this, but what the hell, bashers gotta bash. As far as the Director selling shares - what she sold is a small fraction of what she holds. We do not know her personal life, or her motiations in selling. As has been pointed out, she has as much right to sell as any one of us. Yes, the timing is poor
