No, it is not true.  Besides, HITI doesn't have the $200M they would need to buy-out insiders in a difficult hostile take over.   Delta 9's revenue run rate is just a little under half of HITI so lets say Delta 9 is worth half of HITI.  I think it is much higher because we've got actual adjusted earnings while
