Looks like they're just moving shares around for the most part...don't think they purchased any...would love it if someone could break down the transactions! At first I thought Bill was gifting his shares to John to avoid taxes if he passes or whatever but I think theres more to it. Thanks in advance to anyone with an explanation!

I think I read something about event driven filings.. e.g. before an event that affects all insiders they must update the filings online to reflect current holdings. Types of event driven filings included m & a. Could be why we saw those updates yesterday.

a way-earlier-than-usual release of guidance also supports the "imminent event" theory / speculation.  Careful though on on investing for a 'company take-over' trype of position exit.  You can sometimes have to wait decades.   If Delta9 gets take over then I'll be a little disappointed they didn't wait for the next big thing for them, selling their

not sure, could be D9 is doing the taking over, or maybe its a merger (of equals) vs being taken out.  Or its nothing and we are just reading the tea leaves too hard, lol

I don't think they know something we don't. They were just repeating something John said as a "IF they can do this", type of statement. John did say they were looking to get to 35-40 by the end of 2022.

So if they can get to 35 stores than a 1 dollar price target is in order?... so 35 stores, b2b pod business, and wholesale operations for a market cap of 105m LOL.. I can see where this is going, the year is 2030 and Research corp issues a 1.25 price target if delta 9 can get from 650 stores to 700 stores before the end of the year!!!! Meanwhile the price would be at 35c still
