What you're saying doessn't make sense.  The company cannot be bought out as too many shares are owned by insiders.  It would be moronic to try an aggressive take over.  No one is going to sell their stake in their company because some shorters come around and trick the open market into valueing the shares lower.  Jon has realtime access to the company's financials

I think this will run to 1 dollar soon like a few people have predicted/ that paid research predicts w it's 1 dollar target. It had mentioned catalysts being out of province retail expansion..now that those catalysts have been met I see 1 dollar soon and buy out from there.

A Canadian company using the Uncle Sam name in the US?  I've given this some thought and I can see the temptation but am not convinced it is a good idea. IDK, I can imagine a public backlash as this would be basterdizing a patriotism icon for the US military.  To others it will look like a politically incorrect and distasteful "coat-tailing" on this hugely important

I could definitely see this possibility occuring in todays cancel culture so you're probably right that should do some market research or something. In general though I feel consumers are pretty oblivious to these kinds of things and pot heads even more so.   It might be better to setick to the DN brand anyway just to create more visibility for pod sales.
