Absolultely criminal that companies have been able to use covid as an excuse to avoid having to meet with shareholders face 2 face at an AGM for 3 years.  Canadian exchange and public listing rules are an abosulte joke.  Who knew 2019 would be the last public AGM DN and others would ever hold.

Even worse is whoever sells a few shares half a cent below market each day driving the stock slowly but steadily toward extinction. No real need for face to face AGM as we have the same management who spent money we did not have month after month now year after year until our shares are all but useless. It may be true that you have to spend money to make money but every time D9 spends they lose
