Relax folks. The Guidence said it was being released after Market close. This was posted on July 26th.  Nothing abnormal here.

Someone explain.  Three new stores all bought with share delution. Where is all the credit facility money  and private loans gone.  Still losing money quarter after quarter..wheres the money going.

My thoughts     Why 2more stores in Winnipeg   lets compete against ourselves? dont we have enough exposure there     $ 1,0706.24 more admin general cost on same sales as Q4($ 8921. A month more ) ?      26.54 % margin attained ( cost 1.00 sell1.36=roughly 26.47%)     my Experience- you either ceate more sales with less margin and ...more

Thanks for chiming in. They are not canabilization sales, imo.  They are capturing existing and obviously well-established market share.  The NR said those stores are growing sales and EBITDA and earnings.  That's what matters.   But they are still overpaying.  They still pride themselves about the price to revenue ratio paid for stores i.e., 0.41 of ...more

Justwanted to echo Golf yeti that captring existing successful stores is a good strategy because theyaren't opening new stores into a saturated enironment. Why do you think the company isn't managed well?  They've been steadily growing for years and as basically a new company it's not uncomon to take years to build enough to become profitable.  They were almost there and ...more

Well Q1 this year saw a massive sales reduction likely due to customers cutting back on frivolous purchases and reacting to rising interest rates and record inflation.  Sales are still slower than I had hoped in Q2 but I am happy that they have rebounded. Aquiring stores and transisioning them costs money too.   I think if it hadn't been for the hyperinflationary environment ...more
