Delta 9 Cannabis Inc > AGM is going to be lit

AGM is going to be lit

So will John and board hold an AGM this year or will they hide from shareholders again like last year?  John has been off the hook to look shareholders in the eye for over 3 years.  Since then the stock price has absolutely cratered. While many similar stocks have also fallen, it is clear management and board  have failed shareholders.  Zero run up in share price in 2018 following legalization.  Zero run up as covid was breaking and sales increased as share holders were forced to shutter in their homes.  Zero run up with all the new stores that have opened.

Questions for the AGM:

  1. What's the likelihood the company can scratch by and survive another year?
  2. What lobbying efforts is DN making to reduce the government taxation on cannabis?
  3. Have you considered eliminating investor relations at DN as it clearly is a cost burden that is doing nothing for the company.
  4. Have you considered eliminating investor relations and instead putting the savings towards government lobbiests that can help government realize they are crushing the industry.
  5. Hire an investigator to look into why politicians are not reducting taxes and instead crushing legal sales. It certainly looks like there is an alterior motive. Are they receiving financial kickbacks from illegal growers/crime syndicates.
  6. What are the projections for DN in relation to other companies? What can it tell us about who will likely be the last company standing once the dust settles?
  7. Are John and his Dad preparing to move out of Manitoba to prevent needing to face family, friends and local investors who trusted them with their hard earned cash.

Perhaps they should offer free gummies to shareholders an hour before the AGM.  By the time they get to questions everyone will be high and accepting of the hopium they likely will speak to.

AGM is going to be lit. Bring popcorn. LOL!
