I do think they did have some sort of deal 3 years ago. If DN9 tought it out the rest of the year, we might be ok...its seems all bad all over the  cannabis industry....I am worried as I am sure for most here.

Decibel Cannabis.  Not sure we still have an agreement with them.  They turned EBITDA positive two years ago.  A possible survivor of the ongoing Big Purge in the industry. The jury is still out on Delta 9 on whether they survive.  If they continue their financially reckless store acquisitions I say it is doubtful.  Delta 9 absolutely must get profitable first before

Yes positive is important. See what Q2 brings.  high volume the past couple of days. Who is selling who is buying??  thats why I was asking about Canopy and if they have shares? Are they selling?

there is no ownership in either direction. If it makes anyone feel better there is only one shareholder really that is selling Delta 9. Unfortunately that shareholder is the CEO.  And he has again resumed his agressive divesting / dumping this month.  The share price is depressed to and stuck at 0.05 for no other reason in my opinon.

selling at 5 cents..1 million shares gets you 50,000$ that s not much....for a ceo....could be something else going on......all the other main shareholders are not selling... no one knows whats going on , but this is the year , companys are filing for bank protection.....

Complete speculation and copium on my part.    Perhaps he has been advised to reduce his share ownership so as to make investing in the company more palatable to institutional Investors.
