Remember the deal with the three Garden Variety store purchase?  All share deal for three stores, 20 million shares 
garden variety has been the big seller lately of over 12 million shares, with over 7 million remaining. 

maybe the SP will run higher once the selling is over!

Thanks gnote1!  I guess they had to report the sale because, with 17M shares they had owned, they were considered an insider required to report and sales .  Now with owning only 5M shares (what's left) I am not sure thats enough to be considered an insider anymore, so wondeirng if they have to report further sales in the market. Would be nice to know when they are done selling the

I meant 7 million shares left.  They details of the filings are below.  Interesting.  The numbered company has been selling for a while now and only now just reported. They were a '3 - 10% Security Holder of Issuer'.  Total Shares outst. is 229 M so 3% of229M is 6.8M.   So they still have more than 3% unless the calculation uses fully diluted shares.  If they keep selling any more then they may no longer be required to report the sales of the last 6.8m shares.   Do I have that correct?
