If SNDL makes an offer for DN then SNDL could be in legal trouble.  Stock price manipulation is not looked apon favorably in this country, especially if its for predatory purposes.

SNDL has been hammering DN with massive stock sales knocking the SP down to 2 pennies and keeping it there imo.  At last check they still had millions to sell.  

Maybe they have sold the rest and now need another ploy to suppress the stock like threaten Delta 9's  very existence with a (unfounded) lawsuit.

VERY NASTY move by SNDL.  This smells.  Smells of either financial desperation on their part or just pure underhanded predation.

I always thought someone was pulling down the stock..now they need to trysomething else to make sure DN9 stays down...this is terrible what companies will do to knock they down ...even when they do it  in bad fate.
