SNDL hold 40 million of DN debt!

So SNDL takes over $28 million of debt from D9's financial loans.

D9 has a market cap of 3.2 million so SNDL must believe that D9 is worth at least 10x market cap and they carry a total of 40 million of D9 debt so the assets are worth at least double the 40 million.

SNDL gambling for liquidation sale to take over the entire company? Shareholders will be left with 0?

john will sell before a bankruptcy, but at what price?

He has 12-14 million shares so what's his exit number?

lots of questions and D9 provides little answers!
