2 million worth of FIKA shares, ie.. 2/3 of a penny worth of FIKA shares for every DN share you own.  That's what John calls maximizing D9 shareholder value... what a douche bag!   In a couple of weeks we will all be very, very tiny FIKA shareholders. GO FIKA !!  LOL

What's the stock symbol?

Isn't FIKA a private company? Doesn't trade on the exchanges.  question? What happens when they sell the wholesale division of D9? Any shareholder value in that transaction?  is there time for another group to come in and make a higher offer for the retail, logistics and distribution?  not counting on a miricle here just questions?

I don't follow :-) hypothetically if someone averaged a penny for reference, losing 1/3 of their investment for private-company FIKA shares doesn't sound too terrible; DN shareholders MIGHT recover that 1/3 with FIKA overtime possibly more - would ...more

DN has 352 million shares outstanding
Comment by bestfreindo on Jul 17, 2024 3:28pm
okay so a 3.52Million market cap thank you - I'll follow those numbers:) DNshareholders are being offered $2million in FIKAshares: 2MillionFIKA / 3.52MillionDNmarketCAP = 0.56818182 coefficient. Investors can expect the value of their investment to decrease by a factor of roughly 0.56818182; which will then be converted into private-company FIKA shares IF the Court of King's Bench of ...more
