Based on this guys background and company (automated/AI vertical farming systems) there's no surprise that he'd be interested in D9's Bio-Tech assets. Good sign but we need additional competing bidders if want to receive anything near to fair value.

Based on the report, there was multiple offers and this was the one recommended to accept.  I don't think shareholders will  get much!
