Follow the money

One need only look at the private placements to try to comprehend, in my opinion, what is going to play out in 2018.  Accredited investors plunking down pp's at .30 cents with .45 warrants attached, whilst the share price is .26 cents. Since June, all placements have been at .30 cents, with .45 cent warrants. There are a number of reasons everyone sells shares towards the end of the year. Clough and Washer are no different than the rest of us. Granted there is a lot more paper out there and coming to market, but it appears that 2018 will be a breakout year for the new company, Coregold.
The guns are loaded with ammo, now is the time to drill, drill, drill. (low cost, own their own drill rigs)
As for anyone commenting about gambling or the speculation aspect of this company, do as much research out there as one can, there are always answers to most questions if you look hard enough. Soon, you wil not have to look anymore. That is the way of the stock market.glta

Why would they "drill, drill, drill" given their weak financial position? That's definitely not what they should be doing IMO.

I don't think that you understand how junior miners market is working, or you just trouble maker

Talking recently with a very experienced mining professional, he agreed with me that these companies tend to be poor allocators of capital. If they have a profitable mine, they should be using that to get themselves out of the debt hole and only from a position of financial strength explore for more gold. There's plenty gold already at Dynasty and Zaruma. Blowing scarce resources on finding ...more

Problem was: Zaruma was a nightmare. Makes more sense  to surface mine a potentially incredibly rich Linderos find that would put money in the coffers . Who knows , maybe they will partner with  Green Oil on this one also. Which would negate a lot of upfront capital costs .  Buy shares and be patient, or sell your shares  and move on to something else , pot or bitcoin, or ...more

auburn,  If they had all the things you want it would not be available for 26 cents a ticket.

Thanks Tad. My issue is that I see $22 million million US of current liabilities. The new debt pushes back 15 million and leaves 7 million. The balance sheet (again at Sept 30) shows 5 million of current assets. You say: "With the $15 million debt facility is in place, the company will be able clear up the short term liability of the $4.5 million VERTEX loans, spend $4 million in plant and ...more

auburn,, everything is hunky dory at CGLD. That's why it's trading at .255 cents. It is a gamble like in gamble. What is it you want? A written guarantee?  Give it a break. There are no guarantees in this game like in none.  Or you are just trolling constantly.  Like Tad said--"you pays your money, you take your chances." All I know is the CEO put 4 million of his ...more

PS: auburn, when are you going to answer some questions instead of just asking questions on a bulletin board. EG; like, what is it you want? Huh? Sounds to me like you want someone on this board to give you an iron clad guarantee. Not ever going to happen.

What I gather is that the lenders are the primary concern. However I can't overlook this in the current liablities column: "Accounts payables and accrued liabilities $ 17,028" That has to be dealt with. They definitely would have more leverage in terms of not paying locals vs not paying lenders, but it's not a good situation to be in. Something else of interest is how many views ...more

I will disagree with you. Enhance the proven value of their asset base and you will never ask again about their "weak financial condition."
