Bailey3 - So now Titan's bid for Core is maybe $0 ?

Reminds me of the story of a cow and some magic beans.

Reading the Circular, page 43 - how is Titan's bid an offer, if Titan can
now bring any amount, down to $0 to the table?

Please somebody explain to me like I'm a 5 year old.  If someone
is buying your car, and their bid is "maybe $0", how is that a bid?
And they're mad if we don't like their bid?

I'm trying to think of any 5 year olds near here that would accept
that kind of offer.  There are lots of 5 year olds where I live.  I
don't have to ask.  None whatsoever would accept a "maybe $0" bid.

Surely this is a massive, massive change to the bid, from what
Titan/BOD4 have raised money on, and gotten agreements on so
far?  How can "A$20 million guaranteed" be changed to "maybe $0"
be anything like the same thing?

How can any agreements entered into so far on this possibly be
valid now?  If Titan has any "investors" at all in on this, now that
we all see this change, are they going to be joyous about it?
Can they get their money back?

Even the dissenting shares (you can file for "Dissent", if you phone
your broker for a paper certificate, so long as they're not in a
retirement account, and easily file for cash instead of
Titan "shares") are probably massive by now.   So the first
$10 million, even if they raised it, may be $0 already.  So does that
make the Titan bid maybe negative$10 million?  Titan and BOD4 are
dragging us down the rabbit hole.  Curioser and curioser.

Please somebody explain to me how a bid of "maybe $0" could
possibly attract a "yes" vote?  If so, what if they get better advice
from a 5 year old?

Okay, found it.  Here is the first person who could explain Titan's
"revised offer" Circular to me ...

Last Paragraph

" The above conditions are capable of being waived. Core may choose to waive any or all of the above conditions and complete the Arrangement if Titan has not completed the Titan Private Placement at all or if the gross proceeds of the Titan Private Placement are less than the A$20 million. In addition, Core could decide to complete the Arrangement whether or not Titan has entered into a Term Sheet or obtained Additional Subscription Commitments for the Additional Titan Financing" '

Agreements entered into so far - are any of them valid now? Did Titan/BOD4 just give all the "no" votes a gift? All the share lockups by Javier Reyes - not valid? Converted shares - no longer voteable? Clearly may smell of not having raised the A$20 million, and  then trying to get Core Gold for maybe free anyway. What will the regulators think of this?  Can such an impaired ...more
