I assume Keith Piggott is still on the BOD?

I assume that the people who backed the Titan "investment" in Core Gold shares,  by loaning Titan the money to make the Core Gold PP investment,  where the loan to Titan is secured by the Core Gold shares,  are going to ask for the collateral to the loan.    Namely the Core Shares.    

I assume that Core Gold still has at least some of this money?     That all was not spent on the Amalgamation deal,  now failed,  and the proxy,  court,  legals   etc  etc.

Pretty untenable situation to have the BOD suing one director for defamation,  and the one director countersuing for unjust termination,   etc. etc.

About the most interesting governance/legal dynamics I have seen in Candyland in over  ten years  of investing in juniors.

It's been messy for some time.  Many of us shareholders knew something was afoot over a year ago. The big point now is that the sham merger is history. Another sham attempt we will slam shut pretty quickly. There are a number of offers already that were slammed shut by this board.  Yes they have squandered a lot of our money already. Any fees and loss of earnings come from Titan and the BOD that took part in the attempted heist !
