Something really smells bad with the share price of Coregold. From my bleacher seat it appears that the price is being kept down at almost historical lows. I bought a bunch the other day, and low and behold more appear on the ask at  almost historical lows. Anyone have an opinion. It looks to me like whomever is doing this, will make a VERY lowball takeout offer for Coregold, at a wonderful , fair, premium, say what? 35 cents? Two positive news releases, this week and people want to sell? I don't think so. Something evil is afoot. imho

The price is being suppressed - by managements poor decisions.  With 60-70% of shares being held by insiders or institutions, the majority of the remaining shares appear to be held by long term shareholders, who won’t sell at these depressed prices.  Potential new long term shareholders have no intention of investing in a company that they can’t trust management, and penny flippers are ...more

No AGM proxy circular. In violation of regulatory deadline to post on Sedar or send out? Seems to coincide with someone keeping share price at historical lows, AND Titan Minerals  perhaps making an announcment and possibly begin trading again after Monday the 16th. The soap opera continues. And we know who to thank for this mess.

The regulatory exchange sat on their hands, the last time around with the merger. And after the judge's ruling , the  Bod4 and whomever else was involved should have been reprimanded and not allowed to sit on a board of a publicly traded company with the unfair and unreasonable merger they instigated and tried to push through.
