Mr. Market is quiet and some nerves are frayed..

This is a junior even though it should not be. Things have happened. So be it.

The merger attempt failed miserably. The dastardly cheap trick with Vertex shuffle has also failed. Largely thanks to TAD and several others who eventually got the regulators to do something.

So here we sit within days or weeks of a deal. Titan does not have a chance. Any cheap backroom deal now won't work and 50+% shares are nowhere nowhere at all possible. The promises of down under have been called for what they are 'a scam'.

Will we get the best absolute deal that should be possible? it is not likely but a good deal is.

There is real money put there by people who are not stupid. There is a risk but catastrophic? NO.

Anyone who can't take the tension should try to get some peace of mind. Sell or sell some.

There are plenty around who will buy those cheap shares.

Good call Merlin.  To me there are no substantial negatives out there now, and every good indication. I even have confidence in the board to finalize and announce the best offer(s).  Yes, there have been plenty of problems in the past, but no suggestoin of one now. Anyone remember that we waited a LOT longer for other major events?  Events that were a great deal less fun than the ...more

Also a good writeup Ronnie.  Forgive me if I'm a lot more upbeat about what could come out of this.  While I feel there is a very high probability of getting good value, there is as well a decent chance of still having a vehicle that could realliy go up, and recognize a lot of the value that's inside Core.  Once we learn what has been negotiated, it will be very interesting ...more

I've enjoyed reading all of your posts standfir. Heavy on facts, well written. For myself, I held through near bankruptcy and don't plan on giving up over what might happen. I'd rather lose it all. I'm not impatient either. If it weren't for Titan creeping in the background I'd be just as happy to wait another year or two. My mind can't get over the fact that Core has ...more

With a transparent process the shareholders can vote for the best deal for them, the court judgement showed that there was a fairness issue and gives weight to our side. GLA May sound judgement rule the day.
