Good deal?

I don't see a good deal coming.Any real mining company will want this BOD gone Titan offered them Gold lined pockets a real miner will offer the door.Do you think they will support the door? Also I feel Titan has some leverage due to past promise's so don't be surprised if Titan ends up with a piece of the pie .

I believe a decent deal will come along but of course some strapping/changes will come about with BOD.  As far as Titan they are looking for some charity from their buddies but everything being scrutinised by regulators means there has to be some fairness associated with it. So we will see what they can muster in real terms (cash) but given their dire situation what might be possible ...more

I see the merger attempt and then using the Vertex debt as all the single plan. The first part was blocked by the court and the second part by the regulators.  Titan has form in using debt to cripple and takeover.  The takeover attempt would have been part 2b. The debt may well have given them another 30m+ shares and the takeover may well have strong legs. However it did not pass and ...more

Someone on the hot copper boards put forward the idea that this is all to keep the share price stable for a PP. Titan needs the cash badly. How could this be related to Core Gold? Well, if they can't the vertex debt and 18c shares, why can't they just do a PP, lend money to Core to roll over the Vertex debt, in exchange for shares? I believe the BOD are aware of their likely transient position in a real deal. Getting the 50+% means they need another 74m shares. That means all the insider shares plus Washer plus Pender. As Tad rightly pointed out any insider shares going to Titan would be a serious infringement. With TSXV looking carefully it just won't happen.
