And of course if proven correct it will open up a huge ball of twisted litigation.
Recovery of losses certainly by hundreds of shareholders including yours sincerely. The price here should have been easily past a dollar that would make a lot of mulla from the losses..
Now lets see what regulators will uncover and with dozens and dozens of complaints from shareholders I do believe the regulators may well start a serious investigation.
The recent sharp 'teeth' provided for BCSC the RCMP with their resources can dig right in.
But of course none of this may be true and we may have to ready the chop chop machine down under.
