Titan asking to issue near 4m shares..

Given the flurry of supposed money coming thru' debt why do they suddenly need A$700k of new shares. 18c too whereas it was all 15c before. Is it just show to endorse their 18c price? Looks to me sophisticated investors down under may have a frown or two today. Our BOD4 CFO may possibly not have their best photo face on either. Titan bid may fail even before the Jan 14th date. All that potential confetti is about to be brushed away...
