Tad I got the same reply from my filing yesterday. Showtime As they say. Not a whisper from BOD4. That again shows how undercover the BOD4 are. And not a whisper from Titan either. The hearing is at 2pm est. So how does Core explain the Zhaojin letter. The goose is well and truly cooked.

Teetotal, The following is ust my humble opinion.  When reading through the January 7 2020 Zhaojin MIning Industry letter to shareholders, you have to wonder how the Core Gold BOD4 managed to screw up the original Sept 2, 2019 offer so badly. and we ended up with the final offer presented in the same letter from Zhaojin ? https://stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=v.cgld&postid

I guess the $64,000.00 question is will the Exchange look inward at all and accept any responsibility for us getting to this point? Their lack of action despite overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing being spoonfed to them over the past year gave the BOD4 the confidence to continue with their plan. Here's hoping the hearing today exposes them for who and what they are...and what they've done
