TOTALLY WITH YOU
I am in total agreement with you Spiritflyer that the people responsible for all the crimes committed need to suffer consequences. In a better world they would have been held accountable by the regulators in Australia and Canada. And the trouble is when the proper authorities don't do their jobs then folk have to take the law into their own hands.
I am somewhat encouraged that in the recent Peru federal elections the anti corruption president won at least a partial victory. My biggest hope in Peru is that they go after companies like Titan very aggressively with lots of NGO and UN help. And I know that Titan will very soon, now that the Core thing is over and they don't need to pretend they have anything, just abandon Peru; but there is at least some chance that they can go after them in Australian courts. And go after them personally as well. And sure if the Australian courts are as corrupt or useless as the Australian regulators then maybe not much results.
And in Canada I think that Reyes, Sedun, Bailey, Clough and Wong must be held accountable. Their total corrupt actions are as plain as day. Most of Core shareholders who weren't in with Titan seem to have sold their shares for between 25 and 28 cents. Zhoajin offered 37 cents cash plus properties. Our Core board said Titan's offer was better. It will soon be clear what Titan's offer was actually worth.
At the least, Reyes has to be shown very clearly that he is not welcome in Canada. And the others must face whatever consequences the various shareholders can come up with.
