reverse stock split?
They mention in the deal news that all references to the rev split are removed. Ok, but finally, do they rev split or not?

I would not be surprised if there is a reverse split with Primedrink. Many juniors with a high float use this method to meet requirements for listing to a major trading exchange. Then the company can sell treasury shares a second time in order to fund operation costs.
