News might not be out till later

Remember that DOX is a BC play, and its only 6:50am right now over there. IR that sends the news out isnt there until 9am pacific time, so I wouldnt expect news for a while. Unless they had it all done and sent it in last night, it might come out sooner but doubt it. Still a little bit of time to buy in, but sell orders are small. Would not be easy for someone to take a large position without driving the stock price up significantly.
