Is the PP still Open etc. ?

Does anyone know if the recent financing announced has been closed or is there any room left to buy some shares ? I tried to call the company but was unable to speak with someone.

Also any updates with their Chilean projects are they still holding the project or is it in default ?

I saw the news about "talks" ?

Does anyone know if a person named Dino is involved with Dorex in any way?

If you were to phone the office I would expect that they would tell you that the respnse has been overwhelming and that they were oversubscribed. If you respnded; "Too bad, I have $100,000 to invest;" I am sure they would put you on hold for 2 seconds only to return and inform you that this was your lucky day and that a major subscriber who hadn`t deposited his funds was killed in ...more

Thanks for the heads up Ambooze,I don't know or met the Dino person, only of people who did know him, and don't anymore for obvious reasons.Well I stay on the sidelines with DOX and see what happens next, if anything.Thanks again,B&B22
