They got no money coming from the private placement, so they cant play that Chilean company, therefore its pretty much a dead sucker.

Dorex says it still holds an option on Carmelita

CARMELITA PROPERTY

In Stockwatch news dated May 1, 2009, Dorex Minerals Inc. gave an update withrespect to the Carmelita mining property in Chile, which is the subject of the property optionagreement with co Minera Coyote Ltda., the optionor. Coyotetakes the position that the option agreement is now terminated. The company disputes theamount claimed owing by Coyote and disputes the right of Coyote to terminate the optionagreement.

It is the company's position that it continues to hold an option on the Carmelita property inaccordance with the option agreement and it is currently considering its next steps with respectto the dispute with Coyote.
