Cost to purchase GSX over 2 years ago -  $ 18.7M.  It appears they have less than a year of runway remaining in current form (~18% interest rate - is this 1980?) The DEM geek work seems to be complete.  Either find a CEO who can sell it or flush the company next year.  Since the BOD seems to support the astounding progress of MTLO the latter is more likely.
